Job description :

  • Manage the sales and business development team to ensure targets are met and business objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to manage client relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans, setting targets and objectives for the team.
  • Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring that the team meets its KPIs and goals.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and market demands.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques and best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Manage resource allocation, ensuring that the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, working to retain existing business and generate new revenue streams.
  • Identify potential partnerships and new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with strategic clients and partners.

Professional Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, account management, and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals and secure long-term contracts.

  • Leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire the sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client management and business negotiations.
  • Analytical skills to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
